SAYING GOODBYE TO WARREN HART SR

Thank you all so much for your love, prayers, and support.

It means more to me than I can put into words.

Many of you don’t know what happened, so I wanted to share a bit.

Tuesday, April 1st, I found my uncle, Warren, unresponsive in his home.

He had been recovering from prostate cancer surgery. While the surgery seemed to go well, he started bleeding afterward and had to be hospitalized. He was discharged a few days later and went home. His friends dropped him off, and he made a final trip back to the hospital to retrieve his wallet. Not long after returning home, we believe he passed.

I missed a call from him, and when I tried calling back, there was no answer. We assumed he was resting, but something didn’t sit right. The next day, still no response. I finally went over to check on him.

The vehicle was parked outside, and when I got to his apartment door, the Holy Spirit told me to try the knob. It was unlocked—which was unlike him. I stepped inside and began calling his name, hoping I’d hear his voice. I heard his cat crying but no answer. I kept calling out for him, but I already knew in my spirit.

When I opened the door, I found him laying across his bed. He had already gone on to be with the Lord. The paramedics confirmed he had passed a few days prior.

That moment changed everything.
